Through psychology, energetics, and nearly ten years of operational support inside small businesses, I guide purpose-driven women to build the structure that will truly hold their work in the world.
I'm Jemma - and this is the work that is founded upon everything I've lived, built, and rebuilt myself.
You can feel it - the work you are here to bring into the world. It lives in your body, your knowing, and has been knocking at your door. Then when you try to translate it, the gap between what you feel and where you are feels enormous. The path forward is unclear, and the pressure of that is mounting.
You do not need more information or ideas. You need refinement and someone to guide you in finding the shape of what is already inside you, and build the structure that will hold it.
