Jemma Kathryn Consulting was born out of a love for watching you succeed. 

After working in business after business that thrived with a simple recipe of deep support, trust, and the skills and knowledge needed to create aligned strategy, clarity was formed and they were able to expand from a place of wholeness. With a background in psychology and entrepreneurship, Jemma brings a unique perspective to business management, leadership and consulting.

When I am not supporting incredible women to meet their business (and life) goals- I am in the ocean, practicing yoga, spending time with my partner, family & friends, cooking, reading or at the markets. It is incredibly important to me to live a life in line with my values, and my work is no different!
